Lasers and Mirrors. The law of reflection says that the angle of incidence equals the angle of reflection. This means that the mirrors reflect the laser at the same angle it comes in and can be used to get the laser around the obstacles. Why is this impossible?.

Lasers and Mirrors • The law of reflection says that the angle of incidence equals the angle of reflection. • This means that the mirrors reflect the laser at the same angle it comes in and can be used to get the laser around the obstacles. Why is this impossible? Answer: The laser hits the shield straight on. The law of reflection says it should bounce straight backwards, but instead it bounces towards the ground! Reflected angle
