What is The Humac Norm? • A piece of Cybex equipment designed to measure and improve performance on a part of the body and builds the foundation for safe and effective testing and exercise. • It offers 22 isolated joint movement patterns. • Consists of four resistance modes isokinetic, isotonic, isometric, and passive • Is used for injured patients as well as prophylactic users.

How it is Used • Slip your desired extremity into the designated position • The operator straps you in accordingly • The operator sets the program for the desired body part, range of motion, speed, and resistance level • After exercise is completed the results are printed and ready to be assessed
