What changes are coming? • Student Administration and Learning Management – Core Student Life Cycle: • Online enrolment portal – easier for applicants – and directly linked to funding calculators • Central creation of products/offerings real-time linkage to use of assets and resources. Easier to identify and allocate staff to curriculum/timetable • Simple portal for Head teachers & teachers allows: • Real time marking of attendance – flows through to student record • Marking of assignments • Links to existing Learning Management System • Integrated with existing educational planning tools • HR/Payroll & Self Service: • ESS/MSS is online management of basic HR tasks and workflow to approver. • Easier & slicker HR functions • Fully integrated with finance & SALM • Finance Upgrade: • Improve current finance solution • Easier to use & better information • Positions TAFE for future

When will these changes happen? • Sep/Oct 2013 • HR/Payroll to 3 Institutes: • Sydney • Hunter • South Western Sydney • Nov/Dec 2013 • HR/Payroll to remaining 6 Institutes: • Illawarra • New England • North Coast • Riverina • Western • Western Sydney • Student Administration and Learning Management (SALM)to all Institutes • Finance Upgrade to all Institutes  • Jul/Aug 2013 (implemented) • HR/Payroll to Northern Sydney Institute

How will LMBR support you? • Training: • Flexible , modular, role based • Simulation of processes • WBT through to instructor led training • “leave behind” documents • Locally available • Post Go-Live Support: • Local help available immediately after go-live from LMBR staff • Call, email or in person! • Rapid turnaround of questions • Hot fixes for issues • Gradually transition to the business • Preparation: • Institute deployment plans • Data cleansing and migration • Help to understand the local impact of the changes
