Given below is all that you need to know before preparing for selection: The interview process has the following rounds, and the applicant needs to have 3+ years of experience: 1. Technical Written Test (duration: 1 hour) The written test contains a set of 30 to 40 objective answer type questions based on coding. This test is taken to test your skills in coding language. The applicants should have a strong command over the coding language to crack this test. The passing percentage varies from 50 to 65% of the total marks. The questions may vary from very basic to advanced based on the kind of job you are applying for. 2. Coding exercise (duration: 2.5 to 3 hours) You will be given a problem. You need to design code to solve the given question. This exercise also tests your coding knowledge. You will be marked on the following sections: ● Design logic- To check the proper usage of abstract classes and code syntax. ● Best practices- To check the correct conventional naming of packages and classes. The data members should be private while the methods should be public. Use clean and proper indentation and make your code clearer by adding comments. ● Test Cases- You need to write at least 2-3 test cases even if it is not mentioned in the problem. You get brownie points for that. ● Database Storage/ DAO- Use Sping transaction or Hibernate to display data storage part. ● Make it run- If the code fails to run and you don’t get any output, you will be marked less. ● Suggest alternatives- Use comments to suggest alternative assumptions wherever required. 3. Face to face discussion (duration- 30 to 45 mins)

  2. The face to face discussion round is the last technical round that you need to crack. The interviewer will minutely check the code you submitted in the coding exercise round and will ask you questions based on that. Be thorough with your code and expect even the most basic questions. The interviewer will also check your speaking capability and confidence. Try not to stammer or show the interviewer that you are nervous. Confidence creates a significant impact.
