FREQUÊNCIA • Ficha de presença individual com assinatura diária do preceptor. • Deverá ser entregue ao término do estágio na secretaria. • Faltas em atividades e plantões serão avaliadas individualmente em plenária do departamento ou na Comissão do Internato, quanto à reposição ou reprovação. • Falta em plantão é considerada falta grave com possibilidade de não reposição.
