  9. Basic training tasks • MONITORING OF TRAINING • Develop concious with all participants of training process (rowers and coaches) that daily puls and speed monitoring is necessary condition for progress

  10. Basic training tasks • DEVELOPMENT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL STABILITY • Fulfillment of daily training tasks on given level leads to stability and safety as necessary parameters for good competition performance

Basic training tasks • CHOICE OF COACHES • Elected coaches must choose to follow clearly written parameters both technique and training plan • Elected coaches must not have individual interpretations of given parameters • Message is being sent to all participants of competition that everything is in the system

  12. Selection system • Must be simple • Clear criteriums that are not changing for the whole olympic cycle • Available and logical to everyone

Selection system • In period: • November, December, January, February: once a month at the end of national team’s training camp selection test are being done • Distance: 3 x 4000 m T-28 • Disciplines: 1x, 2- • Category: juniors B, juniors, seniors B i seniors A • I day 9.00 am 4000 m T-28 3.00 pm 4000 m T-28 • II day 3.00 am 4000 m T-28

  14. Selection system • After every monthly test, ranking is being made in relation to the best rowed time. Only rowers who have the remainder untill 10’’ related to the best time on 2000 m are on the list • All rowers from the list are being invited to national team’s training camp for next month, and final test is open for all
