Yes, The central financial assistance can be availed up to 30% of the total system costs which can be provided by the MNRE basing on eligibility criteria. The state government will provide a 20% subsidy for installing the rooftop solar panels system up to 3KW capacity in the domestic sector only. This will be an addition to the eligible Central Financial Assistance (CFA). The CFA is provided by the approved channel partners of MNRE who install the solar panel system or the consumer can also make an application in the NREDCAP prescribed format for the CFA grant before installation of the system.
