SOLUTIONS FOR THE HP OFFICEJET PRO 6978 NOT PRINTING BLACK 1.Confirm if the printer is plugged to the wall outlet. 2.Remove all the ink cartridges from your 123.hp.com/ojpro6978 printer. 3.Attempt to perform a hard reset on the printer. 4.Unplug the power cord with the device turned on. 5.Detach the USB cable and wait for about 2-3 minutes. 6.Try to press and hold the Power button for at least 30 seconds. 7.Reconnect the cord, turn on the printer, and insert the cartridges. 8.Take a print of test page to check the issue.
