  2. Karen E Frain I am currently seconded to the Educational Development Service of Angus council as a Staff Tutor. My remit within this secondment is to promote good learning and teaching across the authority. These specific lesson plans came from an initiative on teaching higher order reading skills across the primary school. They now form a part of our ’Reading for Excellence’ guide which has been promoted authority wide.
