The design of the town park, proposed by the initiative group of Braslav Gymnasium, was also supported by the SIYDC participants from Latvia and Lithuania. • The Bureau of Euroregion “Land of Lakes” supported the idea of the SIYDC participants of holding a media contest on problems of the sustainable development of Euroregion “Land of Lakes”. • Deputies shared their idea of creating a gallery of people who contributes a lot to the sustainable development of the region. • One of the ideas that was accepted by all the participants was spreading out of the traditional action for Latvia and Lithuania “We do it” in Braslav (Belarus) and Pskov (Russia) regions. • The participants of the SIYDC decided to help the inmates of Druyachildren's home organize a programme to care about the safety of lonely and old people of the place they live in (within the Lifesaver Project)
