Dynamo Philosophy • Emphasis on skills and sportsmanship • Success is not about wins and losses • Players should be having fun • Not for vicarious parent glory Coaches and parents should learn, follow, and teach these principles! • Addendum: Not anti-competitive
Goal Kicks/Buildout Line • U5 through U8: Force defending team to move back substantially • U10: Behind buildout line until first touch by receiving player • U12 & up: Standard rules

Age Group Numbers • U8 Girls: 48 • 4 teams of 12? 8 of 6? • 3 Saturday teams, 3 Sunday teams • Round-robin each weekend (3 by 30 min)
Age Group Numbers • U10 Girls: 23 • 2 teams, but each team has ”a” and “b” • Games mixed up (1a1b vs 2a2b, then 1a2a vs 1b2b, etc.) Make it work!
