Savu Asociatia CHIMINVENT, BRAZI, tel/fax 40 244 513020, email: diritec@pbrazi ROMANIA Brevet RO 113563/1998 Inventia se refera la o compozitie adeziva pentru reparatii rutiere pe baza de elastomeri si rasini sintetice si la procedeul de obtinere a acesteia. Compozitia se utilizeaza ca : -strat de acoperire (amorsa adeziva) in construirea, plombarea si intretinerea soselelor; - strat de acoperire adeziv la etansarea acoperisurilor; - inlocuitor de bitum in mixturile asfaltice calde; - component in masticurile si chiturile adezive. Caracteristicile compozitiei adezive pentru reparatii rutiere sunt: -densitate, la 200C, g/cm3 ………………………………… 0,750 – 0,830 - vascozitate cupa FORD, nr. 3, la 200C, sec. …………. min. 38 - vascozitate cinematica, la 200C, cSt …………………... min. 65 - punct de congelare, 0C …………………………………... min. −20 - cantitatea pe unitatea de suprafata, g/m2 …………….. 75 - 275 - grosimea stratului, mm …………………………………... min. 0,025 - Tehnologia de obtinere este simpla; - Compozitia conform inventiei se aplica usor cu aceleasi aparate de pulverizat ca si emulsiile bituminoase; - Filmul format este rezistent, uniform, flexibil; - Adezivitate excelenta la substrat (mixturi asfaltice, beton, agregate minerale, umpluturi); - Rezistenta ridicata la apa si la vapori de apa; - Compatibil cu bitumul si umpluturile; - Rezistenta la factori de mediu inghet – dezghet; - Vascozitate mica la −20 OC.
