Goals • To support Academic Plans of University 2025 and build excellence within the CPS Analytics & Enterprise Intelligence Domain • To enable “Just-for-you” learning, and learning from Anytime, Anywhere, with Anyone • To improve the quality of curriculum offering through ITinnovation • To grow and stay on top with strong technical support for STEM programs and other programs who increasingly adopt new technologiesat CPS (e.g. CMN, MS PM, MS DM) • *have advanced computing needs also met by this effort but outside within another organizational domain at CPS Programs initially impacted/surveyed: • MPS Informatics • MPSA • MPSEI, • MS GSS, • BSIT, • BSA, • M.Ed Learning Analytics*

  3. “ICE” Concept Virtual Labs • Browser based VM (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) • Specialized software for skill building(HubSpot for CMN ) • Providing required tools and training materials  within labs Problems • Software / tools are not available • No computing support for teaching & learning at CPS • Tracking computational work progress • Taking class time to setup environment • Students can’t work collaboratively • Limited physical labs • Inconsistent approaches - instructor driven Campus Labs and Servers • Computer classroom management (Snell Library,  downtown Boston) • Servers (GSS) Integrated Computing Environment Computing Resources • NEU licensed software pool • CPS licensed software • Free or open source software Teaching & Learning Support • Account management • Help Desk • Teaching Assistants
