In yesterday's lesson, we delved into the establishment of American colonies, focusing on key locations like Jamestown, Plymouth, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island. Each colony's formation reflects unique social, political, and geographical factors, including representative and direct democracies. We also examined the persecution faced by various groups, including Native Americans and enslaved individuals. The Salem Witch Trials reveal the impact of fear and strict religious beliefs on communities. Let’s discuss your ideal colony location and its geographical advantages for survival.
