  3. Utah Homelessness -- 2010 • Estimated 15,640 based on point-in-time count last Wednesday in January • 13,675 sheltered, or 87%, and 1,967, or 13%, on the street • Chronically homeless 812, or 5.2% • Down 1,102, or 58% from 2005
