  2. 12point font for EVERYTHING! Title, heading, paper!

  3. Only Acceptable FONT TIMES NEW ROMAN!

  4. Double Space Your Paper!

  5. NO HUGE SPACES 1 inch margins And DOUBLE SPACED LINES!

  6. MLA Heading is used: Your name Mrs. Guinn Class Name Date (day month year) Placed in top left of paper, BUT NOT IN THE HEADER in WORD!

  7. Works Cited: 1. The words “Works Cited” is centered Not BOLD or in ALL CAPS 2. It is on a separate sheet of paper 3. Page is DOUBLE SPACED 4. Hanging Indent on EVERY ENTRY 5. Alphabetized!

  8. CHECK YOUR GRAMMAR AND SPELLING PLEASE!!

  9. In text citations: end of sentecnce (author’s last name page number). Example: (Guinn 213). No need for commas, page #, or any other information!
