Log In (Quad Payment site/portal)

1. Log In (Quad Payment site/portal) • When the author’s paper is accepted, they receive an email from Editorial Manager which directs them to the Quad site (wolterskluwer.qconnect.com) to pay their fee

2. Select Journal • Author is prompted to select the Journal from a drop down list • Type in PRS Global Open or scroll down to the title

3. Product Information • Author submits • Author Name • Manuscript Number • Article Title • Article Type will include prices

4. Shopping Cart • The author is taken to the Shopping Cart, which includes the Subtotal and Checkout button

5. Billing • After clicking Checkout, the author fills out the Billing Address. • They are also prompted to choose Payment Method • 1- Credit Card • 2- Bill Me

6. Option 1: Credit Card Author fills out Credit Card information Selects “Complete Order” Note: Please click the “Complete Order” button to submit your order. You will receive an email shortly afterward stating that WoltersKluwer accepted your order.

7. Option 2: Bill Me • Author selects Complete Order • Note: Please click the “Complete Order” button to submit your order. You will receive an email shortly afterward stating that WoltersKluwer accepted your order.

8. Option 2: Bill Me Invoice Sample • Invoice is mailed toaddress supplied in Billing Address within 5-7 business days
