  2. Status • Mission Review • Completed review of the Basic Description of each number optimization option • NANPA analysis for 10-digit dialing option by September 2001 • Explanation of 2001 Exhaust Projection Methodology provided by NANPA • Matrix of Optimization Measures • Timeline Review

  3. Review of Mission Development of a report that both analyzes the benefits and addresses the lead times, implementation, and costs (both monetary and societal) of number conservation/optimization techniques that may extend the life of the NANP as well as those of NANP Expansion.

Timeline Review • 8-2-01 NANPA to provide optimization analysis results for 10-digit dialing; distribution to IMG participants. • Subsequent timeline to be revised based on current status and progress of INC NANP Expansion report • Still targeting 4-4-02 for final NENO Report combining Numbering Optimization and NANP Expansion measures
