Able to accommodate thousands of individuals and families, there are many benefits of high rise life, but what about when it comes to deciding which floor to live on? Some floors of a high rise building may suit you better than others, and to help you decide whether you want to live the really high life, here is some guidance:

Advantages of living at the top of a high rise The upper floors of a high rise apartment building tend to be the most peaceful, since ground floor noise is lost by the time it gets to the top of a tall building. Not only that, but apartments on the top floors invariably enjoy better ventilation, fresher air and more exposure to sunlight. Depending on where the high rise is located, top floor dwellers may get a better view of the surrounding area, too.
