Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers • The applicant obtains an application form from the Office of the IECB Secratariat and pays the application fee of PHP 3000 for GFR applicants. • Non-PIIE members who wish to apply for PIIE membership and PIIE members who wish to renew their membership should contact our PIIE Membership – Chairman Dr Alex Ocampo. • Membership Fee: • P 1,500 for professional working on service and manufacturing industry • P 1,000 for academe members • Membership validity is from January – December of a given calendar year. • The applicant fills out and submits the forms together with the other requirements by the deadlines set by the IECB. Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers • Payment of application fee can be done at the office of the IECB Secretariat or through bank deposit. • Check payments should be payable to Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers. For bank payments, please contact the IECB Secretariat for bank details. • The deposit slip should be faxed or mailed to the IECB Office for confirmation. The IECB will mail the exam permit (for CIE applicants) and the official receipt to the applicant's mailing address within one week upon confirmation of bank payment.
