    1. Frontal lobe epilepsy May started as sensory aura Tonic contraction of one or both arms (Fencing attitude, bilateral tonic extension of the trunk or neck with vocalisation. Sometimes mistaken as generalised or pseudoseizures (memory and awareness preserved and bizarre behaviour) EEG most of the time normal Second type Clonic seizure, speech arrest and head rotation Third type Partial complex seizures (misdiagnosed as behaviour problem and EEG is usually normal) Automatism is usually gestural, complex and violent with rocking, kicking and dystonic activity. Shouting, screaming and using abusive language are frequent features MRI, PET and some time SPECT Magnetic EEG
