Carolina: Best Place to Teach, Learn, Discover

This initiative by the Board of Trustees aims to identify ways to make Carolina stronger, determine pressing needs and opportunities, and recommend funding for the next big ideas. With great academics, research funding, affordability, accessibility, and strong legislative support, Carolina is already a top choice for teaching, learning, and discovery. However, challenges such as enrollment growth, faculty resources, private giving, and research funding need to be addressed to further enhance Carolina's reputation as the best place to teach, learn, and discover.
