Venn Diagram Analysis of Cotton EST Contigs from Drought-Tolerant and Sensitive Genotypes

This study presents a Venn diagram illustrating the contigs obtained after BLASTX in NCBI-NR, TAIR, and BLASTN for the Cotton EST database. We compare the contigs derived from two distinct genotypes of cotton: the drought-tolerant GujCot-21 and the sensitive RAHS-IPS-187. Additionally, the analysis includes super contigs, providing insights into the genetic makeup associated with drought resistance and sensitivity. This graphical representation aids in understanding the unique and shared genetic features of these genotypes.
