  1. It’s Time for VBS - Vacation Bible School! And You’re Invited! Monday-Friday, July 9 - 13 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon @ Faith Lutheran Church 2576 Browncroft Blvd. in Penfield VBS is an exciting week for all participants because it’s a time to learn of God’s great love for us. Learning takes place through fun and meaningful lessons, music, games, crafts, skits, and more. Wonderful friendships begin, too! Best of all, as children learn of God’s great love, it begins to make a life-long difference. Our 2012 VBS theme : POOL PARTY! We will study five Bible lessons that deal with water, including the healing of the man by the pool (John 5). Our wonderful and talented Pastor Tom, along with Donna Kaser, is writing the curriculum for this exciting program, as well as a musical for Friday evening’s closing program. VBS is an amazingly powerful week for both children and adults. It is a meaningful and fun time of learning through Bible lessons and stories, drama, crafts, games, new friendships, and more. We invite parents to join our team as we explore God’s Word during this fun and exciting event. WE NEED YOUR HELP THIS YEAR!! Check out the VBS Board across from the copy room (or call us) to see where you might serve. Please complete and return a volunteer form. PLEASE register early! • There is no charge for VBS, however, when possible, a $6.00 per child donation with your registration(s) is appreciated as each child will receive a VBS t-shirt. Please make checks payable to: Faith Lutheran Church. Thank you! • Please complete one registration section (attached) per child. • Registration forms will be collected by the FCCNS office and in the church concourse. • Registrations may also be dropped off or mailed to our church office at: Faith Lutheran Church, 2576 Browncroft Boulevard, Rochester NY 14625. • Please note the suggested registration deadline is Monday, June 11, 2012. Don’t miss out on VBS this year!!
