  4. ‘schmooze day’ • Researched who should be invited • Invitation from CFO • 89 ‘non’ LFR booked in two weeks before • 59 ‘non LFR on day • 15 – 30 min short, interactive / varied sessions

  9. ‘so what?’ • Continued communication – email evaluation to all attendees & will email re problem/solutions • DCS meet CFO – looking at supporting additional resources re LFR youth activities • DCS passed letter re LSC PT future funding to attendee of day – meetings to be held • DCS booked to attend Team Presentation December

  10. ‘was it worth it?’ • Attendance was less than hoped – Children’s Services especially poor • Some sessions could have been run better • ‘tick in many boxes’ but could have real impact • £3000 on this or more ‘freebies, wellies etc...’ before end of financial year • More people ‘with clout’ know what we do and will be kept informed

  11. The Future • Produce innovative solutions to C&YP issues in conjunction with partners (where appropriate) • Evaluation • Maximise our brand image to achieve wider community objectives (where appropriate) • Celebrate success
