  5. Smoothies are a super way to learn cooking! • The only tool you need is a blender! Ask for help from an adult when necessary. • Create your own frosty combos with fresh, frozen or canned fruit, yogurt and milk! • Feel adventurous? Add spinach or cereals.

  6. Think outside of the box… • Mash cooked cauliflower with cooked potatoes. • Add cooked and mashed or raw shredded carrots to homemade cheese macaroni. • Add fruits to your cereals or yogurt.
