  16. How do you build a query? Choose a birth measure (ex: low birth weight) Narrow your query (ex: Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, & Somerset Co. only) Choose row and column variables (ex: pnc onset x plurality) and graph type (optional) Submit Query Builder
