  2. COVER 2015 HOW WE HAVE IMPROVED • 2009 88% 1years 2 years MMR 1 73% PSB 57% Q3 2015:- shows an increase. • 1 Years 5/1 93.2% • 2 Years 5/1 95.6% MMR 1 86.1% • 5 years 5/1 94.75 DTAP 83.4 % MMR 2 81.1%

  3. How Did we Improve • Imms became a national priority • We know every one is working hard. • Focused on better data capture • List Cleansing/ RIO • Working Together • Chasing up Defaulters • Balance Scorecard

  4. ISSUES STILL ARISING THAT COULD FURTHER IMPROVE UPTAKE • Automatic upload data onto RIO • Stop paper submission – YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED • Reminder letters sent out centrally to all parents from CHIS

  5. Improve uptake • Review monthly defaulters lists sent by CHIS • Immunise more children • AD HOC immunisation – Alerts. • Timely immunisations • List Cleansing – children who move abroad- manual removal • Record refusals and reasons why – send CHIS • Actively trace children not seen recently • PAN LONDON TEMPLATE
