ISSUES STILL ARISING THAT COULD FURTHER IMPROVE UPTAKE • Automatic upload data onto RIO • Stop paper submission – YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED • Reminder letters sent out centrally to all parents from CHIS
Improve uptake • Review monthly defaulters lists sent by CHIS • Immunise more children • AD HOC immunisation – Alerts. • Timely immunisations • List Cleansing – children who move abroad- manual removal • Record refusals and reasons why – send CHIS • Actively trace children not seen recently • PAN LONDON TEMPLATE
