Working On The Bike The Handel Bar Setup • New Grippers • New levers • New Bars • New Throttle Tube
Engine Work • How do you take this thing apart? • New Head Gasket • Still not working? • Bolt hole striped therefore not sealing the head of the engine • Rebore hole and rethread with a helicoil • Runs great!!!
The Seat • Seat wearing down • Purchased new seat cover on eBay • Disassembled • Put new cover on
Tying Up Loose Ends • Kickstand • Spring • Bolt • On/Off Switch • Connected male and female connectors • Painted the Frame • $30 for automotive paint
Painting • “Plastic cannot be painted over!” • “I Digress!” • New Paint
Still Painting • Paint cost $17 • Sand first • Two layers of paint • Put bike back together
