Emporor Penguin

Emperor penguins are remarkable birds known for their striking appearance and unique adaptations. They typically live for about 20 years, although some can survive 2 or 3 years longer. Found in the frigid Antarctic Ocean, these flightless birds have a distinctive black back, white stomach, and orange beak. They face extreme temperatures that can drop below -20°F to -30°F. Their diet consists of fish, squid, shrimp, and crab, while they face predators like killer whales and leopard seals. Emperor penguins live in groups to stay warm in their harsh habitat.
