  17. Student Recognition Certificate of Achievement awarded for passing final examination Students must score 70% or higher on the final exam Voucher for front line-level certification upon passing final exam (Certification awarded after work requirement is met)

  18. Professional Certification Students who successfully complete the START curriculum and pass the final exam will receive a voucher waiving the fees for a Hospitality Skills Certification. Certification Options for START Students Include: • Certified Guest Service Gold Professional • Certified Restaurant Server • Certified Front Desk Representative • Certified Guestroom Attendant • Certified Maintenance Employee They can redeem their voucher once they have been hired in the qualifying position in the industry.
