OBJECTIVE: • VMware is a virtualization and cloud computing software provider based in Palo Alto,california. • The main objective and purpose of Desktop virtualization software VMware, VirtualBox is to allow users to run multiple different type of Operating Systems. • It simultaneously run with complete isolated virtual environment on single physical computer.

  3. Purpose of VMware work station • VMware Workstation is a hosted hypervisor that runs on x64 versions of Windows and Linux operating systems • It enables users to set up virtualmachines (VMs) on a single physical machine, and use them simultaneously along with the actual machine.
