  6. Product • I prepared and smoked pulled pork and brought sauce for the panel to enjoy • I spent my hours with my mentor preparing and entering and eventually winning a barbeque competition

  7. What I've learned • I've learned proper preparation for the meat needed to cook barbeque • Proper Competition Rules • How to clean and ready a grill for cooking
