Colombian coffee is famous around the world for its delicious profile and extreme roasting quality. It benefits from a classic profile of strong, soft caramel, mellow acidity and a light note of nuts. The medium-bodied and sweet flavor is what makes Colombian coffee famous.

  3. What makes Colombia one of the top coffee destinations? Colombia enjoys a unique location and climate, perfect for the cultivation of plants. As a matter of fact, quality Colombian coffee beans can be grown year-round. Coffee producers in this region only harvest the highest quality beans to ensure maximum taste, flavour and body. It is this commitment that makes Columbia one of the best coffee destinations in the world and a leading producer of sweet roasted coffee beans in Colombia.

  4. Different types of Colombian coffee exist OriginalCoffee Mocca Latte Matcha Castillo, Typica, Caturra, Bourbon, Geisha, Maragogype, etc.

  5. What is the culture of Colombian coffee? Most Columbian coffees are grown in shade beneath the native trees. It takes about four years for an individual coffee tree to mature, and each mature tree produces about one pound of beans per year. Coffee trees are unique in that they produce fruit at the same time as flowers. Once the fruit is ready, it is harvested by hand and then treated to reveal the beans inside the fruit. There are typically 2 beans per fruit. Colombia has high standards with respect to growing and producing coffee. The National Federation of Coffee Producers of Colombia is responsible for checking that the laws are complied with and establishing quality control standards.
