  4. Integration of Database • Field survey by SEM. • Location of the Tube Wells. • Running & defunct Tube Wells. • Preparation of Master Register of HP Tube Wells (Refer to Annexure- Ä) • Updatation of IMIS database.

  6. Tube Well Identification(TW Id). • Go to www.indiawater.gov.in • Go to Basic Information • Go to Format B21- Hand Pump(New) • Select State & District • Click on No. of Hand Pumps • Click on save in the dialog box

  7. Refer Scheme No.in the format for creation of TW. Id (e.g. 05/10/23/03/01/HP2)

  8. Sample of Tube Well ID(051023030102) • N.B. Scheme No:05/10/23/03/01/HP2 Dist.- 05 Block- 10 G.P.- 23 Village- 03 Hab.- 01 02 T.W. No.-

  9. Painting & Numbering of Tube Wells • Tube Wells have to be painted in bush green enamel paint. • Number is to be painted by yellow enamel paint vertically on the body of the pedestal just below the water chamber. • Model Stencil may be Used.

  10. Removal of Defunct Tube Wells • Tube Well Defunct • Tube Well Collapsed • Less or No Yield • Quality affected due to Fluoride • Removal of HP Assembly. • HP assembly to be removed braking the Plat Form, and may be used as spares. • The remaining casing pipe may cut to the G.L. N.B.-Major complains can be addressed
