  4. Use of Requested Funds • $15,000 – Economic Impact Analysis by Fishkind and Associates • $50,000 – FAA Airport Feasibility & Site Location Study by ZHA

NeedFlorida Aviation System Plan (FASP) – Central Florida Demand/Capacity Study - 2004 • “Based upon projections on demand at the congested airports, it appears that there is a need for a new airport in the region, even if all the committed and potential capacity enhancing projects are undertaken.”

  11. Requirements to Proceed • FAA Requires Airport Feasibility Study to study need and locate multiple suitable airport sites that meets technical FAA criteria • Study is required to apply for Federal funding for airport
