DISEASES AFFECTING JOINT MOBILITY • Osteoarthritis (OA) • Loss of articular cartilage in joint • Pain, stiffness, crepitus, decreased ROM • Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) • Autoimmune disease with chronic inflammation of joints and surrounding connective tissue • Joint pain, deformity, fever, fatigue, weakness

  5. DISEASES AFFECTING JOINT MOBILITY • AnkylosingSpondylitis • Stiffening and fusion of spine and sacroiliac joints • Gout • Inflammatory response to high uric acid levels • Causes painful joints with acute flare-ups
