  10. Natural Interior (NI)—This is a MODIFICATION • Details • Under the Modification tab, in the Decora Pricebook, most cabinets can be ordered as NI. • Tops bottoms, end panels, shelves, backs, toekicks and corner blocks will change to an upgraded natural finished hardwood veneer interior and will be both NAUF (No Added Urea Formaldehyde, and CARB2 (California Air Resources Board) Compliant. • Some Interior accessory items, MDF doors and all non-plywood items will maintain original material specifications. • Those items will meet current CARB 2 requirements but will not be NAUF compliant.

  11. Face Frames • Details • Constructed of ¾” solid wood using glue and screw joinery technique. • The “reveal” on exterior back side of face frame stile is 9/64”, allowing creation of a flush end when applying 3/32” finished panels for a custom look.

  12. Door and Drawer Fronts • Details • Depending on the style selected, door and drawer fronts may be ¾” solid raised panels or solid reverse raised flat panels. • One-piece seamless MDF is also available. • All doors and drawer fronts include drilled stemmed bumper pads. • All doors feature soft-close technology. • Decora Doorstyles fall into 2 categories: Full Overlay & ¾ Overlay for the door and drawer fronts.

  13. Full Overlay Information • Details • Currently, all doorstyles, with the exception of 2 are FULL OVERLAY. Keep in mind these considerations: • Extended Stiles or Fillers MUST be used at the ends of runs for proper clearance. • There will NOT be room on the face frame at the top of the cabinet for attachment of crown moulding.

  14. 3/4 Overlay Information • Details • Currently, there are only 2 door styles that ARE 3/4overlay. These have ¾” of face frame showing beyond the door. • This MAY allow for moulding attachment to the top of the cabinet. Carefully determine if a modification needs to be selected for moulding placement. • Assess if ¾” on the SIDE will allow for proper clearance without an extended tile or a filler in the event that the cabinet sits adjacent to a wall with a door or window casing.

  15. Modified Full Overlay---This is a MODIFICATION Details Under the MODIFICATIONS tab of the Decora Pricebook, a selection to modify only full overlay style cabinetry exists. The door will change in size allowing 1-1/32 of face frame to show at the top, allowing for attachment of moulding on the face of the cabinet.

  16. Dovetailed Drawer & Roll Trays • Details • Drawer and roll tray box sides, backs and fronts are ¾” thick solid wood with dovetailed corner construction. • Four-sided drawer and dovetail joinery offer superior stability and drawer box strength. • Decora’ applies an advanced synthetic-based glue to tenons of all dovetails for even greater stability and box strength. • (continued)
