3. MODULE - 3 • To View/Add/Edit Assessment Methods related to each SLO of the Assessment Unit Add/Edit/View/Delete Assessment Methods

To Add an Assessment MethodSummary of Steps • Select the desired Assessment Unit from the top drop down menu • Select CourseAssessment Plan Tab • Select Means of Assessment Sub-tab • Select course from Course field [drop-down menu] • Select the SLO from Course Outcome Name drop-down field • Click Add New Assessment Method button

5. To Add an Assessment MethodSummary of Steps - 2 • In the Add Assessment Method page • Select Assessment Method Category from the drop-down field • Enter the new assessment method in the Assessment Method field • Enter Success Criterion • Enter the term when it will be assessed in the Schedule field • Click the Active check-box [if it is not already checked] • Click Save Changes button • Click Return button

10. To Add an Assessment Method – Step 5 • Select the Outcome from Course Outcome Name drop-down field Select SLO SLO Description automatically filled in.

11. To Add an Assessment Method – Step 6 Click Add New Assessment Method button Note: This SLO already has one assessment method defined. Add New Assessment Method button

13. To Add an Assessment Method – Step 7 • Select Assessment Method Category from the drop-down field Select Assessment Method Category

14. To Add an Assessment Method – Step 8 • Enter the new assessment method in the Assessment Method field Enter Assessment method

15. To Add an Assessment Method – Step 9 • Enter Success Criterion – • how do you determine if the students successfully fulfilled the outcome? Enter Success Criterion

16. To Add an Assessment Method – Step 10 • Enter the term when it will be assessed in the Schedule field Enter the term of assessment

17. To Add an Assessment Method – Step 11 • If necessary, ASSIGN the task ASSIGN the task

18. To Add an Assessment Method – Step 12 • Click Save Changes button SAVE CHANGES

19. To Add an Assessment Method – Step 13 • Return to Means of Assessment page RETURN
