  3. ABOUT ARIDO What is it? First established in 1934, ARIDO is the only professional association for Interior Designers in Ontario. Why does it exist? To regulate the interior design profession in Ontario for the betterment of the profession and best interested of the public. Who does it serve? With 4 main membership categories, ARIDO serves over 2,300 professionals representing all speciality areas of the interior design industry.

  4. ARIDO MEMBER TYPES • Only ARIDO Registered Members can legally use the title “Interior Designer” in Ontario. Approx. 800 Student Members Educator Student Intern Registered

  5. STUDENT BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP FREE Student membership with ARIDO is free!! Volunteer Get involved at industry functions, committees, Chapters, etc. Mentorship Connect with emerging professionals in the industry. Designation May use the designation of “Student, ARIDO” after your name. Scholarships Access to the ARIDO scholarships….. Student Events Increase career & industry knowledge at student events.
