Explore the fascinating planets of our solar system, starting with the sun, a medium-sized star that warms all nearby planets. Mercury, despite its proximity to the sun, is not the hottest planet; that title belongs to Venus, the smallest yet fiery planet. Earth is the only planet known to support life and contains water. Mars is characterized by its rusty red surface. Jupiter, the largest planet, boasts numerous moons, while Saturn is famous for its spectacular rings. Uranus is unique with its sideways tilt, and Neptune is the cold gas giant.
