Water Permit • Size – Current UPC • Table 6-5 (Water Supply Fixture Units) • Table 6-6 (Fixture Unit Table) • Fees – Includes Inspections and Meter • Single Family - $750 • Commercial or Multifamily – determined by customer line size • ¾” - $750 • 1” or larger - $1,500 + $750 for each ½” over 1”, rounded up to the nearest ½” • Fire Line - $750 or the actual cost of connection

Sewer Permit • Size – Current UPC • Table 7-3 (Drainage Fixture Unit Values) • Table 7-5 (Maximum Unit Loading) • Fees – Does not include inspections • Single Family - $1,000 • Multifamily - $500 + $500 for each unit up to 4 units • Multifamily w/5 or more units or Commercial - $1,000 for the first 20 fixture units or fraction thereof and $500.00 for each additional 20 fixture units or fraction thereof

  9. Onsite Wastewater Treatment Disposal System (OWTDS) • Requirements • Permit Fee - $100 • Service Agreement • CBJ Agreement • OR • Manufacture’s Certified Representative (MCR) Agreement

OWTDS Service Agreement • CBJ Agreement • CBJ annual inspection • CBJ pumps tank every two years • Pay current utility rate for sewer • Does not include maintenance or repair • MCR Agreement • MCR submits to CBJ annual inspection reports • MCR pumps according to manufacturer • Pays service fees and charges directly to MCR • Must be signed and submitted to General Engineering prior to TCO • New agreement needs to be signed and submitted to General Engineering at time of ownership change

  11. Right-of-Way (ROW) Permit • Public Facility Transmission and Excavation (PFT) • Requires submittal of plan • Bonded and licensed contractor • Fees • Permit fee - $10 • Inspection - $60 per inspection • Refundable bond posted – Actual cost of work • All work must be inspected by General Engineering inspector • All inspections and conditions met and as builts if required must be submitted prior to bond return
