The July 2013 Experimenters' Meeting covered various topics including scheduled NTF Treatments and dosimetry, the commissioning of the proton source, and studies on the RFQ Injector Line and LINAC. Important updates on the MSS Bypass Project were discussed, including impact areas, project completion dates (July 17-25), and necessary road closures. Power studies will occur on weekends, and there are upcoming closures affecting the TeV access roads. The meeting emphasized the significance of planned outages for equipment maintenance and upgrades.
