STOPEG Foundation • After leaving first company in 1997 strange things started happening • Slow build up with more strange things until 2000 • Exploded into 24/7 gang stalking • Write letter to Dutch prime minister in 2002 • Started writing about this 2005/2006 • From 2006 electronic harassment/torture • In 2007 started STOPEG Foundation • Contacted by victims all over the world • Researched and wrote about this, supported victims • In 2013 started TI meetings • Next step, European gathering + conference

What this presentation is about • About people, not systems • A secret system that attacks whistleblowers, activists, and random persons • Why it is done • How it is done • Crimes that are of beyond imagination cruelty • The suffering of those attacked is immense • Many live in a torture chamber

5. Why people are attacked • Elite wants to stay in control • Companies want to make money • Some secrets must stay secrets • Some people do not to fit in the created society • Experimentation for weapon/medication development

6. What kind of people are attacked • Whistleblowers • Activists • Troublemakers • Anyone who is a threat to those in power, to those who make money • Random people disliked for some personal reason • Random people who know too much • Random people at the wrong place and time

7. About numbers • Estimate a number of years ago: 300-400 new people attacked in NL • Only few understand • Of these few only some survive: 5-10 • Of these only few we hear of, go on the internet

8. What kind of attacks are there? • Hidden attacks, strange things happen but keeping you think it was just bad luck • - Exanples • Open attacks, you know you are attacked, because they let you know • - Examples

9. What about the law, isn't this is forbidden • The law, based on the simple rule: • Do not do to others what you do not want to be done to yourself • Human rights, conformed to by many governments • These attacks we are talking about here violate the law, violate human rights. • Yes this is forbidden • That is why this is a secret.

10. Police, etc. do not help/protect • They took away our weapons • But police has no instructions for obvious reasons • Politicians, human rights organizations keep silent • Police → GP → Psychiatrists

Why nobody helps • Citizens have been programmed: • - We live in a democracy • - We respect human rights • - There is a rule of law • If you would believe this is happening then you must forget almost everything you know • and start learning everything again • Not many people can handle this or want to think about this

12. The people control system • Has always been here • Stay in control • Only visible because of the victim voices on the internet • Democracy is an illusion • Consists of: • - Brainwashing: education/media • - Enslavement: financial • - Elimination/Harassment/Experimentation → harassment system

13. What the harassment system does • Eliminate whistle blowers, activists, opponents • Experiments for research • Develop new weaponry and methods • Recruit new agents

How the harassment system works • Different levels • All connected, centralized • Connections to a variety of people and organizations • To attack a target in all possible ways • Methods include high tech devices, through wall vision, RNM, DEW • Home, neighbours, work, TV, newspaper, online adds, internet, mail, highway, shops, ...

15. Why did we not hear of this before • These are government crimes • Has been going on for ages • Victims labeled crazy • There have been people talking about this before • Only because of the internet victims got a voice • Compare Roman Catholic Church

16. The victims • Never learned about this • Most never understand what happens • They are kept out of work, isolated • Collapse into a psychiatric patient • Commit a constructed crime • Commit suicide • End up in a constructed accident • Survivors are tortured 24/7

17. How victims are attacked • Psychological attacks • Physical attacks • In many cases the result is: pain • Attacks to mimick DSM4 described mental illneses • Designed to leave no evidence

18. Aims of the attacks • Keep you busy • Drive out of your mind • Create fear • Give stress • Give mental pain • Give physical pain

19. How victims respond to the attacks • Looking for help • Looking for protection • Looking for ways to fight back • Looking for ways to record the harassment • Give up/accept psychiatric treatment

Attack menu • Organized stalking / Electronic harassment • Two terms but a lot of examples of often horrible harassment • Often a combination • Repetition • Isolation • Continuous • All kinds of people, organizations involved • Children are set up against target • Animals like birds, aircraft, cars, distance does not exist (media stalking)

21. Other people/children involved • Are told lies • Some co-operate • Many are used without their consent, knowing • Children are used, set up • What they can do the victims they can also do to them

23. Electronic harassment • Wide range • Examples: • - Instant sneezing • - Forced urination • - Forced sleep • - • Used in very specific ways

24. Hearing voices • Voice-to-skull • Microwave hearing • Insults/threats the whole day

25. Thought reading • Last thing you thought that was private is no longer • Sub-vocal speech • Deeper thoughts

26. Thought implanting • Cannot distinghuish from your own thoughts if not very aware • You are a robot if you do not know • Extremely dangerous

27. Electronic torture • Special case • Continuous physical pain • Damage to heart, organs, body parts • Examples: • Cooked alive • Peoplecooker.com

28. Electronic rape / sexual torture • Sexual stimulation • Forced orgasms • Erection termination and stimulation

29. Impossible to get evidence • Designed to leave no evidence • Crimes using very high tech • Attacks designed not too leave evidence • Evidence often destroyed • DEW: plausible deniability

30. Psychiatry complicit in many ways • Psychiatry is invented science • No physical proof that a person has a mental illnes • In Russia, not believing in the system: labeled schizophrenic + medicated • DSM4/5 contains no information about secret / high tech attacks

31. Victims: Many suffer, many die • Continuous attacks/pain/torture • Impossible to get evidence, often destroyed • No help • Financially broken • No future

32. Summary: Beyond imagination cruelty • You cannot compare torture • These crimes belong to the most horrible ever committed in history • The end result will be your mental or physical death • This is premeditated murder

35. Summary: Human rights but not for all • Democracy does not exists • Human rights but not for all • Amnesty International, Human Rights watch, etc. • Contacted by many victims but no support • It is not their 'thing', they focus on other HR violations

Summary: Not only about victims but about every person on the planet • All governments complicit • Secret services acting above the law • Experiments now on small amount of people prelude to large parts of the population • Thought reading and thought forcing, connection to (brain) computers • We will all be robotized if we do not stop this • In 2050 we will be able to upload our brain to computers • End of the century we will be able to replace our body by an android

39. General guidelines • Do not trust anyone or anything just like that • Connect with real people • Try to keep eating healthy + sports • Be very aware of your thoughts!

40. Be credible and keep your dignity • Focus on your credibility! • You can talk about this, say you can handle this • Refer to credible books / websites / organizations • Keep your dignity despite provocations

41. Start a human rights organization • Start human rights organizations, not really difficult • Also makes it more easy to go out to others.

42. Have no fear • They will do everything to discredit you • But 'they' are the by far the biggest criminals on the planet • Do not live by what if ...

43. MOST IMPORTANT: Break the (feedback) loop • The harassment system relies on feedback. • In every way try to break this feedback • How: Respond random or not at all • We MUST focus on ways to destroy the feedback (signal to the brain computers) • Without feedback, they do NOT know what they are achieving

44. Summary: If we do not stop this then humanity-as-we-know-it will come to an end the next decades • By a small group of people. • The brain is no longer autonomous • We cannnot let this happen. • We must tell this to the people of the world
