  2. What would we like to be able to do and why?

  3. Academic freedom to experiment and express • Be involved in the decision making process • Invest in support and training for staff • Recognise learners as individuals • Need to be able to trust the technology

  4. Only employ people with “kind eyes” • Systems that support our desired pedagogic methods • Martini support (anytime anywhere) • Manage expectation of teacher as well as learner • Encourage the independence of the learner by using appropriate tech

  5. Properly change management process

Prompts – • What they want to be able to do and why • What it is we want to be able to do in our teaching and we want our students to be able to do • Our vision of elearning, where we see it going • What’s been good so far • what’s been frustrating • What we’d like to change • wanting more say over what tools we can use
