(confidentiality/consent/distress/roles) • Age (relative to own personal circumstance/against natural order of things/stage of d/ment issues) • End of life issues • Could I have done more/done things differently? • Why didn’t the patient/family let me help them?

  4. Helpful ways of coping • Peer/group support • Someone to chat to • Understanding TYA development/behaviour • Life outside of work • Self-awareness • Involving other professionals/charities • Signposting (MacMillan etc)
