  2. Allowed Changes and Freeze Period • Pure Content • Freeze Date 2 = The latest possible date before Aug. 3 Go-Live. (This will be applicable for each phase) • Adds/Changes/Deletes and Associations to Content can be made • URL Redirects – notification is required for all URL redirects beginning on Freeze Date 2 for Phase One and continuing through the rest of the phases • Categories and Components • Freeze Date 1 = TBD (Beginning of May 2009) • The freeze date will be for each phase and will be dependent on migration schedule • Can change left nav, left menu bar, site navigation content • Add/Change/Delete categories can be done State of Michigan & IBM Confidential

Parameters / Assumptions • Look And Feel includes; • “C” style • Sub Header Navigation • Left Navigation • Advertisements • Bottom (Footer) Navigation • Looks at positional aspects (where located). • Does not include main content area. • Is the Portal Theme.   4. Banner • The Banner component includes the user interface elements across the top of the page. The Banner’s background image is site dependent. It will be dynamically selected based on the requested site. State of Michigan & IBM Confidential

Sub-Header Navigation • The sub-header navigation component creates a row of navigation links below the Banner component. • The list of the sub-header navigation links is dependent on the requested site. • The links are dynamic and generated by a WCM Menu Component based on the current Site.   6. Search Bar • The Search Bar is located next to the second-level navigation. • The Search action is integrated with the Google Search appliance. • The Search Bar is rendered on every page, to the right of the sub-header navigation bar. State of Michigan & IBM Confidential

  7. The Site Navigation is located on the left column of the page. It dynamically displays the links based on the requested site. • This is also known as the Left Nav, • The list of navigation links is defined by Site and Site Area framework in the CMA .   8. Promotion Content • The Promotion Content is an optional component that is located underneath the “Left Nav” component. • Displays the content from the CMA based on the requested Site. • This component is optional State of Michigan & IBM Confidential

  9. RSS Consumer is an optional component that is located under the Promotion content. • This component is defined in the CMA and included in the appropriate Theme for the defined Site. • This component is optional. RSS Component Content State of Michigan & IBM Confidential

  10. Footer • The Footer component renders a section across the bottom of the portal page. • By default, this includes quick links to commonly accessed areas of portal. • The links are dynamic and generated by a Component in the CMA, and is based on the current Site. • A default set of links is provided regardless of the Site. • Disclaimer text is also generated by this Component.
