CISN Software • ANSS endorsed CISN Software for RSNs • Meets Performance Standards • Open Source • Freely available • USGS support for contractor to • Prepare documentation • Produce release package • Improve software version repository • HVO probably first 2nd quarter 2008 • UU, UW, NM, LD by end of 2008

  5. INV • Endorsed by ANSS for use at RSNs • Generates station response metadata • Data-less SEED • Required for CISN software (and therefore all RSNs) • Tracks hardware inventory • Maintains station response history • Will generate Station XML • CISN has solved problem already

  6. Continuous Waveform Archive Facility • Support seismological research • Contract likely to be awarded in FY08 • SOW is in preparation based on review of Requirements document • Will impact CISN • NCEDC performs continuous archiving • SCEDC does not (yet) • Resource intensive
