Every event requires professional support of at least one organization equipped and has experience in relevant sectors. • Grants development services are one such field, which is immensely in need of institutions like us, to help organizations/institutions organize a perfect event without any hiccups.
Grants development services are effectively nonprofit activities aimed at a larger social development. Grants can be given by any public or private organizations, who are willing to support future pillars of our society. • Grants can be anything from educational grants, to grants other value added activities. Providing grants essentially propels an organization to a never before witnessed level in public eyes. • We at RJMA, offer our 40 years of expertise in organizing and planning events, and also in their initiation to provide with an outcome fruitful to every stake holders. We work with some goals to make sure all ends meet. Our work can be summarized as:
Initiation of a meeting with our client’s leaderships and our associates onsite in an attempt to get a better picture of our client’s objectives • Reviewing of our client’s objective plans by our team of associates to identify grant fundable goals, and creation of an action plan to achieve those goals
If the plan (read strategic plan) has been updated recently, or is not available (whatever the circumstances may be), we assign our strategic plan specialist to bring the plan up to date by working closely with our client • A review of the client’s past grant seeking experiences is done to identify all possible funding sources our client has already approached or tried; following this, we create a list of potential funding sources and move gradually to private and public sources at regional, statewide and national levels
