AFCEA Chapter Socials for Member Engagement

Establishing and organizing chapter social events to foster camaraderie, express gratitude, and strengthen member relationships. Activities include volunteer social, member drive social, and Christmas gathering to promote cohesion and recognition. Objective is to retain 90% of current members, recognize achievements, and enhance member engagement.

  1. Description: accomplish at least one, possibly two, Chapter Socials to build camaraderie and thank those who support AFCEA activities. • Major Activities: • Coordinate a Volunteer social shortly after JWC. • Accomplish a Member Drive social in the Fall. • Host a Christmas get together. • Supporting Chapter Objective(s): • Retain at least 90% of our current chapter members who remain in our geographic area as AFCEA members in good standing. • Recognize activities, awards, and volunteers of members to promote member cohesiveness.
